Greetings! It took me a bit longer than I had originally planned, but I’ve finally managed to put together my Behind The Scenes for the spare story I did about Desdemona. Those with slower connections beware – I have 120+ pictures included in this.

Today, tomorrow, and Monday left, and I still have stuff to do.

Goals:
1) To film and publish Parts 1 and 2 of my BRRL spare story for Desdemona (both are written and stand at 76 and 67 slides, respectively).
Done and done.

2) To finish writing and start filming Part 3 of the same story. It currently stands at 92 slides, with three more scenes to write (rough estimate is another 20-30 slides). Depending on how writing/filming goes, to get this published as well.
I have two slide left that I need to film for, but they're both montage slides, so they require more than one pic.  I need to finish the cover (not at all hard, just picking what pics from the chapter to share on it), and write up the credits slide(s).  So this is doable, provided I can keep myself from getting too distracted from other shiny things.

Off to accomplish great things!

CreMo has been going on for a week now, so I figured it would be a good time to share what progress I've made so far.

Goals:
1) To film and publish Parts 1 and 2 of my BRRL spare story for Desdemona (both are written and stand at 76 and 67 slides, respectively).
Part 1 is filmed and published!  Part 2 has a finalized filming script, and said filming will begin tomorrow (as my brain is fried from sitting in class all day today).  So good progress on this part.

2) To finish writing and start filming Part 3 of the same story. It currently stands at 92 slides, with three more scenes to write (rough estimate is another 20-30 slides). Depending on how writing/filming goes, to get this published as well.
I've made some progress here as well.  I've got roughly a scene and a half left to write, and then I can do the filming script to go along with it.  So at this moment, it looks like Part 3 will be out before the end of the month as well.  Then I can get back to regularly scheduled Legacy programing.

So yeah, progress.  I haz it. :D

It's March 1st, which means that SimStoCreMo is officially underway!  My goals for this year involve getting my BRRL spare story for Desdemona completed.  To that end, my goals are to:

I'm actually waiting for the game to load so that I can start filming stuff for Part 1 as I type this.  I'd like to get about 20 slides filmed today if I can, since I have academic stuff that needs to get done this weekend as well (darn life getting in the way of simming).

Okay, enough interneting.  Off to work on CreMo-ing!

I've been very busy writing, but not for the Bradfords.  I've been busy with my BRRL spare story for Desdemona (I wrote a drabble that is a teaser for Poker Face last year).  The whole thing is outlined, and what I think will turn into the first two parts are done, save for checking for consistency and such.  The third part is requiring me to check a few details against canon, so it's going a little slower.  But I am at the point where I'm setting up the 'hood for it, and I felt like sharing one of the pictures from what was going on as I set it up.


Without spoiling too much, I will say that Desi's experience with the Vampire Council will influence her going forward.

I'm hoping to get the first part out soon-ish, and I'm really excited to share what I've come up with for her story.

Welp, in looking back I realized that I did not in fact do any sort of resolutions for 2013.  This of course means that I did very well since I did a lot of stuff, like finished the War Years plot arc and started my RL internship for my grad school program.

So what do I want to do in 2014?
1) Meet Generation 9 and finish planning the legacy endgame.
2) Play for fun.
3) Learn some different CC skills, like texturing.
4) Complete my BRRL spare story for Desdemona.
5) Graduate from my master's program and get a real job.

Since I'm not going to make it 'til midnight (had to get up early to play chauffeur), Happy New Year to you all!
